CURT TruTrack™ Weight Distribution System

The CURT trailer-mounted TruTrack hitch is an industry-leading weight distribution design that streamlines the coupling and uncoupling process like never before. Instead of requiring tedious spring bar setup every time you hitch up your trailer, the trailer-mounted design allows the hitch head and spring bar assembly to remain in place while the innovative shank and horn attachment easily connect and disconnect as needed.

The traditional CURT TruTrack is an advanced weight distribution system that not only redistributes the tongue weight of your trailer but also incorporates an effective sway control function into the design of the hitch, without the need for additional attachments or accessories.

The TruTrack 4P hitch ensures peaceful travel by incorporating sway control elements at four points that work together to keep the trailer aligned. The four touch points produce active sway control with the spring and cam system inside the head, along with the fixed spring bar hookups.

The TruTrack 2P hitch delivers a smooth ride by incorporating sway control elements at two points that work together to keep the trailer aligned. The 2P’s dual points generate passive sway control with its fixed spring bar hookups alone. It does not include the spring and cam system.

The CURT TruTrack 4P trailer-mounted system provides an innovative coupling system that eliminates much of the hassle of hooking up (and unhooking) your trailer. Once the head and spring bar assembly are installed on the trailer tongue, there's no need to disassemble the components every time you want to uncouple.

The TruTrack 2P trailer-mounted is just like the 4P version, only instead of four pounts of integrated sway control, the 2P has just two points. It relies on strategic friction points to passively keep the trailer from swaying out of control. This provides cost savings for more budget-conscious users.
