ECHO Smart Control Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy applies to the use of the ECHO Smart Control, which includes the product and its mobile application (the “Service”). The Service is provided by CURT Manufacturing, LLC (“CURT” or “we”).   • Identifiers, such as name, user login IDs, or other similar identifiers.
  • Internet or other similar network activity, including information regarding your interaction with the mobile application. This information may include information about your device, such as: device identifier, model and device type, name and version of the operating system, mobile carrier, settings and language of the device, the frequency with which you use the application. We may collect this information in server logs, within the application, and using third party service providers.
  • Geolocation data is gathered to scan, connect and operate the trailer brake controller.

How Does the Service Use and Share Your Personal Information?

  • Identifiers: We may use your identifiers to provide you with the Service and to respond to any inquiries that you make to us about the Service. We may share these identifiers with service
    providers as necessary to provide the Service to you.

  • Geolocation data is used solely to operate the application and provide the Service to you.

This Service is not directed at, and we do not knowingly collect Personal Information from, anyone under the age of 13.

CURT Group built the CURT Group Brake Controller app as a Commercial app. This SERVICE is provided by CURT Group and is intended for use as is.

This app collects location data to scan, connect and operate the trailer brake controller. The location data is used solely to operate the app.

This Log Data may include information such as your device Internet Protocol (“IP”) address, device name, operating system version, the configuration of the app when utilizing our Service, the time and date of your use of the Service, and other statistics.
