2000 Suzuki Grand vitara Trailer Hitc
While the hitch is well made and works fine once installed, installation is a major hassle because the location of the mounting holes make it almost impossible to hold the bolt with your fingers to get the threads on the mounting bolts to catch. If your engineers were required to actually install some of your hitches they would make a simple improvement. Put a smooth section on the business end of the bolts to guide them into the threaded hole on the frame. This simple improvement would greatly simplify mounting the hitch or remounting it after removal. That is my situation. I've spent over 30 frustrating minutes trying to get the GD bolts to screw into the frame. You could promote this feature to separate your hitches from other suppliers.
