CURT custom wiring provides everything you need to connect your vehicle's electrical system to a trailer. With plug-and-play connectors, a custom wiring harness easily integrates with your vehicle taillights to provide a standard trailer wiring connector, typically in the form of a 4-way flat.
This custom wiring harness features a vehicle-specific design to perfectly fit certain years of the Dodge Magnum (to verify vehicle compatibility, see the CURT application guide or use the Vehicle Lookup on the CURT website). It uses OEM-compatible connectors to "T" into the vehicle's taillight assembly and provides a standard 4-way flat output to power the taillights, brake lights and turn signals on your trailer.
To complete this custom wiring harness, it comes with a rubber dust cover. This cover keeps the connection points clean and well protected when the connector is not in use. Once installed, the connector can also be conveniently mounted on the vehicle's trailer hitch receiver tube, using a CURT Easy-Mount connector bracket. The bracket mounts onto the trailer hitch with no drilling required, and its powder-coated steel construction provides a solid attachment point for plugging in the trailer wiring.

First off, this wiring kit as it should... I don't have any complaints about that. It's "almost" plug n play.... Here's why I say "almost".... On the magnum, the battery is in the rear of the car... So no headaches of routing a bat + up front, and the included Pos and ground attach right to the battery accessory terminals/post....but if you hook it up right there, the left and right are backwards in length..... Had Curt switched right and left sides, this marvel would truly be a plug n play 10 min install.... Now like I said, still worked, just had to extend the length of the positive and make my own ground so the wires all fit and went where they should...Overall good product, just can't bring myself to give that 5th star.

I bought this wiring kit for use with a Curt Class III Hitch that installed with tremendous precision and by the letter!
This harness was no different. The engineers at Curt Manufacturing have obviously done their homework and shared that knowledge with people much like myself!
Fortunately for me I didn't have to run the power source to the front of my car since the battery is in the spare wheel well on my 2005 Magnum!
Again . . .absolute precision ion the instructions. You can't go wrong!
