The CURT class 3 trailer hitch is the most common type of trailer hitch installed on full-size pickup trucks and SUVs. It is also found on full-size cars, crossover SUVs, minivans and mid-size trucks. That is because the class 3 packs the punch of a heavyweight hitch while still staying light on its feet. This CURT class 3 hitch offers a gross trailer weight capacity of 4,000 lbs. and a comparable tongue weight capacity of 400 lbs. It is designed to be a custom-fit trailer hitch for certain years of the Dodge Caravan with Stow-n-Go, Grand Caravan with Stow-n-Go, Ram Cargo Van, Chrysler Town and Country with Stow-n-Go or VW Routan (to verify your vehicle compatibility, see the CURT application guide at curtmfg.com).
The 2" x 2" receiver tube opening of this class 3 hitch is able to accept a hitch-mounted accessory, such as a bike rack or cargo carrier, or a ball mount to tow most standard size trailers, including utility trailers, single-horse livestock trailers, boat trailers and large campers. One special feature about the class 3 that is not found in classes 1 or 2 is its compatibility with a weight distribution hitch. When used in combination with a WD hitch, this class 3''s gross trailer weight capacity increases to 5,000 lbs. and the tongue weight capacity to 500 lbs. (NOTE: Never exceed the lowest weight capacity of any towing component).
CURT class 3 trailer hitches are engineered to be strong and capable, having a quality steel frame and a solid finish. They are put through strenuous testing before being deemed ready for market and come with two coatings -- a liquid Bonderite coating and a powder coat in high-gloss black -- that cure together to form a strong resistance against rust, scratching, UV damage and other wear. Our hitches are our pride, and as such, we back them up with a limited lifetime warranty and a one-year finish warranty.

2015 Town & Country
I just finished installing my Curt hitch and I am very pleased with how easily it installed. Other than having to lower my muffler temporarily, it was very straight forward and the videos (on this site and from etrailer.com) were very helpful. Much better than paying $600 to have the hitch installed at the dealership. As mentioned on the etrailer.com video, the plastic bumper guard is directly against the top of the receiver, so the Curt hitch cover can't be used to cover the opening. But that is minor compared to the savings.
2011 Town & Country
I installed the hitch this past weekend. The installation went well, but the muffler taps the passenger side a little. I think I need to loosen all the bolts and see if it will slide a little to the left. I didn't think about that when I bolted it up. Looks good. It does press up on the bumper plastic a little, but I don't think it is noticeable. It took about an hour to install. Worst part was the right side bolts were pretty stubborn. Had to break the air tools.
HItch installed on a 2013 Dodge caravan
Installed this Hitch on a 2013 Dodge Grand Caravan. The van was less than a week old and installation was a breeze and took about 30 minutes. Instructions were perfect. I also had watched a youtube video on how to install this before, which made the installation a breeze.

When I took the first two bolts off of the left side, they came off with great difficulty. Once removed, the bumper bracket shifted, so then the holes didn't line up. I couldn't move it back. I managed to get one of the bolts back in, and drove it to the body shop. Once they had it up on the lift, they were able to use a pry bar of sufficient length that they moved it back where it was supposed to be, but it wasn't easy. The thing was wedged in at an angle, which was why turning the bolts was so hard - I had to use a 3 foot pipe on the end of my breaker bar. Anyway, they went ahead and installed the hitch. It took them one and a half hours to do the whole thing. I see that at least one other reveiewer had the same problem, but he was eventually able to fix it himself. Of course, as others have mentiond, the receiver doesn't fit under the bumper, so the lower edge of the bumper is bent up by the hitch. I hope the constant pressure doesn't weaken the bumper material. Four stars, because it doesn't quite fit.
curt hitch 13364
Hello, I just installed a curt #13364 hitch on my 2008 chrysler mini van and it looks good and fits very well. Installation took about 2hrs and i'm not a novice. But most of my problems came from the bumper brackets moved in and was hard to spread out to install bolts. But stick with it and anyone can do it.
Curt 13364 on 2012 Dodge Grand Caravan
Well manufactured hitch as far a material and finish and fairly easy to install. In my application the hitch impinges on the bumper cover, pushing up on it slightly. Would like better if the drop was another quarter inch.
Fit like a glove
Hello, I just purchased a CURT #13364 hitch for my 2008 Chrysler Minivan. I was skeptical, when the directions were for a Continental, but it fit like a glove. I am very pleased with your quality. After putting this one on I'm ready to put one on my Jeep. Thanks, Scott from South Elgin, IL
